A lot of people carry stress, anxiety, and emotional pressure without always having someone to talk to about it. You might feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure why certain situations hit you harder than others. Life can become heavy when you’re trying to handle everything on your own. My goal is to offer real support—support that feels human, understanding, and grounded.
My name is Awaleh Mohamed, and I’m a Registered Social Worker (RSW) and Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT). I’ve worked with individuals, couples, families, and people on the autism spectrum, helping them navigate challenges that show up in everyday life—whether it’s emotional regulation, relationship issues, stress, or big life transitions.
I take a calm, down-to-earth approach in therapy. I’m not here to rush you or judge you. I’m here to understand what you’re going through, help you make sense of your feelings, and support you with strategies that actually work in the real world. My experience in mental health, crisis work, and ABA has shown me how important it is to meet people where they are and build a relationship that feels safe and supportive.
If you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, frustration, or patterns that keep repeating in your relationships or daily life, I’m here to help you unpack those experiences in a way that feels manageable and empowering. Together, we’ll focus on building practical skills, strengthening your emotional awareness, and creating more balance in your life step by step.
You don’t have to figure everything out on your own. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you with honesty, care, and a grounded approach that puts your growth first.
